I accidentally clicked "close" a few times before I realized you had to scroll down to click continue...for some reason the window is small on my screen :/

you go to paypal.com, log in, on the left you will see tools "paypal plugin," you download the plugin then it has a mastercard # generator which will give you a MC to order with then they charge your paypal address

you can also do it without downloading the plug in by generating a number from the paypal website after clicking the plug in link
