You should definitely contact them, they sent the wrong mags. The 15 rounders are for .40s and probably won't function properly in your 9mm. The mags for the 9mm only come in 17 & 10 rounds.

I also got a full size .40 earlier this year and it also took about 4 months to get the mags.
