Hi Killerz, I was wondering if you were able to receive that $100 mail-in rebate? I JUST bought the TP2 but I don't know if i can get that rebate with my SERO 500 plan. I dont know if its worth it without the rebate. thanks!
I already cashed the check for the $100 rebate on my TP2. I have an old SERO 500 $30 plan. There is no problem getting the MIRs on SERO.

got my 70 credit (a day before 22 months) and ordered a blackberry tour (on my 22nd month anniversary). Hopefully they won't go crazy about the $10 BIS upgrade. I already had a rep note in my account that they should give it to me.

i was wondering the same. after reading through the posts here, it seems these work:

touch pro 2, touch diamond, treo/treo pro, blackberries (bb service requires extra steps tho)

someone earlier posted that phones running android, webOS, and also the instinct (both models?) require a plan upgrade. this of course will cancel your sero plan which is unacceptable.

please correct me if i'm wrong about any of this. what other phones are available? i'm also in the process of upgrading so any additional input is warmly welcomed.

If you are on SERO, then use the ERPP rebate form. I don't think it really matters though.

To find out if a phone is compatible with SERO you need to click 'select' next to phone. If a pop-up window opens saying your plan does not work - then its not SERO.

Touch Diamond - not compatible with sero

I got email confirmation that I can have the $70 service credit or the $150 upgrade credit, but not both. What gives? Do I try for it anyway? I don't want to screw up my chances for the $150 upgrade credit.

There have been reports of people successfully reversing the $70 credit and contract extension if they will not let you stack the offers so it might be worth a shot. However, I haven't heard of someone being able to stack them in a while though. I think they might have finally dropped the hammer on that option.
