    Restaurant.com 80% Off Coupon: $25 Gift Certificates $2, $10 Gift Certificates $0.60

    Restaurant.com has a new 80% off code DINE available. The $25 gift certificates are normally $10, but are $2 with the code.
    They also sell $10 certificates for select restaurants for $3, making them 60 cents each with the code. Thanks NCSUFire

    Note: Be sure to check restrictions for the certificates before you purchase, as they vary among different venues.

    If you're not sure how Restaurant.com works or what the gift certificates do, check out this helpful guide before purchasing!

    don't forget 20% cash back thru FW.

    Bank of America customers can also get 20% cash back through "ADD IT UP" (formerly BOA Mall). That makes a $25 certificate $1.60.

    3-01-09 - Looks like the pricing on the $25 certs has changed - for most of the ones within 30 miles of my ZIP (not that there are a lot), the cost of the $25 certs varies from $10-15 now.

    Not threa crapping here, but BEWARE of Restaurant.com. I bought some GC's for a specific restaurant before the special expired on NYE. I went to use them about a month later..after reading horror stories on this forum and others...and BAM. Same thing happened to me. The owner told me that restaurant.co oversold the amount that was agreed upon. The restaurant decided to end their relationship and even though my GC was valid, they would not honor it. I was able to get a refund of my money, but it's their policy to NOT give money back..only restaurant.com gift cert's in exchange.

    If you're going to buy some, check with the establishment first, buy the GC, and then use it immediately!

    I bought a few coupons from restaurant.com and 2/3's of the coupons got declined by the restaurant. They said they weren't associated with that website or whatever.

    Restaurants.com = Money

    I use these all the time and haven't had much trouble. You can't beat the 80% off codes.
    If there are places that give you trouble and Restaurants.com gives you credit that's good customer service.

    Most places will only let you use 1, but ask nicely and sometimes they will do it as long as you spend enough money to cover each certificate.

    Usually it's one use per party...

    Last time I went with my family we sat at 2 seperate tables and they allowed us to use the coupons. Some places may be more allowing then others, but don't expect to take 4 coupons to use on your single bill.... just won't work.

    I like the $25 coupons because my fiance and I rarely ever spend $35 on a single meal, usually closer to $20... but with the $35 limit sorta gives me a little room to try the "other stuff" that we usually avoid due to price. $35 tab, $10 cash plus the $2 or so it cost for the gift cert.

    Go for the Dinner of the month club!

    I just used the 80% off for Dinner of the month and got 12 months for ~$25. They give you a $25 gift certificate each month plus a free $50 gift certificate. It's like always getting 80%+ off.
