Hmmm. A few weeks ago I picked up a few things off the clearance rack and they were reduced 50% off the marked price (ended up with 2 shirts for $8 total). I'm wondering if this would have taken that down to $4. I was planning on going there again this weekend, so I guess I'll find out. Thanks!

It seems to appear that it is the whole purchase. They usually state that the coupon is for one item only; this time they didn't at all. I hope it is for the whole purchase!

The coupon is also printed in various newspapers today. It's in the Philadelphi Inquirer, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, Richmond Times-Dispatch, Dallas Morning News, LA Times, Columbus Dispatch, KC Star, Sun Sentinel, and Raleigh News & Observer.
