Please check your shipping notification email. If it states that you have been charged $36.xx instead of $26.xx, email/call Amazon and request for refund.
Here is my email to Amazon.
After I placed my order xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, I had received a confirmation email that the total charges for this order was $26.98 (after $20 in best value savings). After the order was shipped, I see another email stating that my credit card has been charged $36.98
As stated http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?ie=UTF8&nodeId=468502#confirm
"With respect to items sold by Amazon.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation."
Since the order was not canceled nor was I contacted (for any higher price) before the order was shipped, I kindly request you to refund me $10, since it is more than what was shown in the order confirmation email.

I'm sorry that our promotional offer was not applied to your order.
To correct this error, I've requested a refund of $10.00 to reimburse you for the amount you were erroneously charged. This refund should be issued to your credit card within the next 2 to 3 business days.
We'll send you another e-mail to let you know when it has been completed. To view the status of a refund, click the "Your Account" link on the top right-hand side of the Amazon.com homepage then click "View Recent and Open Orders" in the Orders section. Completed refunds will appear at the bottom of an individual order's summary page.
I hope this solution is satisfactory and apologize once again for this inconvenience.
