Help Finding Deal on a 8'' SCT (Celestron Nexstar 8, Meade LX90, ect)

Greetings:

1. I am looking for a deal on a 8'' Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope, fully Goto, no need for GPS, new in box. Research suggests Celestron Nexstar 8, Meade LX90, but i'd love to hear your thoughts on other designs/model (catadioptric). I don't do astrophotography, so don't worry about that part.

2. The best deal i can find on nexstar SE 8 is about 1400, meade is a whole lot more expensive so i guess i will have to yield the pleasure of owning one. Thus 1400 is my upper limit.

3. I have a Orion 8'' dob i need to get rid of, wondering how i can get that into the deal.
