What is the $10 reservation fee (the "no show" fee)?

You will not be charged any fee for making a reservation & taking advantage of a deal.

However, if you take a reservation and DO NOT purchase, you will be charged a $10 "no show" fee.

Why do we do this? Other members have provided a lot of feedback about Overwhelming Offers that sell out too fast (note: we read EVERY feedback message we get).

If the offer is a great deal, selling out fast is to be expected... but we have been frustrated that some members who reserve these "super hot" offers, don't go on and actually purchase. This is not fair to other members, who would have used the deal and gotten the savings. This is a waste of valuable reservations. To make sure only people who really want the deal take advantage of it, we are charging a small fee ($10), only if you reserve AND don't purchase - This fee is only charged if you are “no show” (i.e., make a reservation but don’t purchase).

Bottom line: We don't want your $10. We want to make sure only serious buyers reserve.

(Note: The reservation fee will be charged to the card you registered with us.)

Makes sense to me...same crap that ebayers pull off sometime..they buy something...and decide they don't want it later, but they already committed to buying it. So then it becomes a whole cornucopia of arguing. You click it, you buy it
