that bums me out because i've placed 4 orders with them and in every order there were 1-2 cases cracked beyond use(wont hold discs in!) and another 1-2 with minor cracks

sorry to hear that... I placed about 8 separate orders from them and all arrived in brand new condition. Now i'm starting to dread breaking the seal on the HD-DVDs because i got so many...
