I did go to the site and was able to apply the ecoupon. I have come across this in the past......you have to ensure if you cut and paste there are no spaces.....and if you enter yourself manually it is case sensitive.

But phew......worked for me and thrilled about it.......now to explain to the wife.

Were you using internet explorer or ?
I still get the same msg...there are no spaces and I even tried clearing cookies and readding it and typing the coupon code???
