Can't say it's ever really going to happen. But the 10% off coupon at Newegg is effectively $15 off, which isn't too bad.

    Cooling fan

Can anybody recommend a good cooling fan for this especially if thinking about over clocking it.

both if you get the right batch. But i'll go with d0 since they are usually better.

Did you actually see this in an advertisement? I just called my local store and it's still the same $229. Maybe the price changes on Monday?

    Thanks for the heads up.

Perhaps I have the wrong date, it might be tomorrow.

Check your newspaper ad, its in there. Top right hand corner on the back page. I have no idea where my newspaper ad went. So I am unsure of the dates.

Hot buy. Had a good friend of mine pick one of these up for me last time they did this (April Fools) and it's been a dream of a processor. 4.0GHz 24/7 with amazing stability and good temps on the TRUE with two 120mm fans.

I used the 2 year warranty EVGA x58 board (not the LE or the classified). I got it for $240 after rebate, which I received successfully. Incredible board. If you want the lifetime warranty but still want it in the $200 range, pick up the new LE. It has most of the features of the x58 tri SLI and is also a great overclocker.
