great GPS... when properly tweaked with the appropriate software. Never have to worry about getting lost again, until the day it or the memory card craps out in the middle of some unfamiliar area of course.
Solution... buy 2 units, and 2 memory cards. Profit. |

I am looking for a GPS in this price range and am hoping this one will be it. How old is this GPS? Will the points of interest and such still be fine? I have an old GPS and get lost often because many stores and such are already gone, and some streets are too new for the GPS.
Also, some people mentioned that it is hackable. What does that mean (what can hacking it achieve)? Can I somehow get free updates if the GPS is hackable? Also, is hacking it difficult? Thank you. (Sorry for all the questions!)
