dang! prices are dropping like hotcakes. would jump on this if i didn't get it for $699 a month ago, which was a good deal then. this TV is awesome, especially with firmware update. is there a DPA discount? that would make it even sweeter.

From what I understand, the V4100 was last year's model, and this year's S5100 is equivalent to last year's V series.
