Yeah I've never seen them this low. It's most likely got to do with the fact that Polk has discontinued the Monitor Series (as far as I know) but these speakers are an awesome value. Even at $149 they were a good deal for good speakers.

Polk's new equivalent to the Monitor 60 is the TSi400 and goes for $299 on newegg.

I bought a pair of these Monitor 60s very quickly! They probably won't last and newegg might not ever get to restock!

What's the best deal someone's seen on the monitor 70s? I have a 20' by 30' living room and dining room separated by a 4' knee wall with a 10' vaulted ceiling. Should I go with two pair of the M60s...or 1 pair or M70s (fronts) and one pair of M60s (rears)? Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

This is a great price for a nice budget speakers. Almost put me over the fence but i'll prob still gonna wait for a deal on black RTis though it may be used.

How can I justify these?
