DELL 2130cn color laser printer $152.10 + tax w/free shipping
** Update ** This deal is dead.

    DELL Small Business

    http://accessories.us.dell.com/sn...u=224-0665

Delete $150 duplexer at checkout (by setting duplexer quantity to zero) and apply 10% discount coupon 22X6DLMFK6K92G.

Good reviews on printer and cheap third-party toner on Ebay.

Warning: no Mac or Linux drivers. This is a Windows-only printer.

This can and should be used by you to post updated deal information.
Be sure to read this because it may contain answers to your questions!
High Resolution pictures of unboxing, inside the printer, and of a sample print! [flickr.com]

Deal is now mostly dead (it can still be bought for around $90 more).
Dell is SHIPPING, so even if it was a price mistake, they seem to be honoring it.
Make sure to check how much they charged you, some people report charges higher than shown at time of purchase.

    1) Click on link in OP
    2) Click add to cart (don't click customize!)
    3) click add to cart (yes do it a SECOND time!)
    4) You will be taken to the cart. While in cart (this does NOT happen in customize screens!), type 0 in quantity next to duplexer, and click UPDATE TOTAL.
    5) copy/paste coupon into box called "Enter coupon number" for the extra 10% off
    6) click checkout

Since a lot of people (1 out of 20 going by thumbs!?!) seem to be having trouble following the instructions, I decided to spell it out in detail.

Printer comes with normal yield cartridges, NOT starter carts.

    Dell 2130cn Ship-With Color Cartridges (1000 page yield2)
Placemat, Owners Manual, Product Information Guide and hardware recycle program label and instructions
Supports up to 216gsm paper weight (I think you can get 110lb index cardstock around that weight, just check paper label).

Has a cancel print job button, so if you accidently print 10 copies of your 100 page document you can hit the button on the printer to stop it.

Printer does not come with mac drivers, but grihm found a link that may let you use the printing with a mac:

    (Summary 1 page reviews)

cons mentioned in 4 of the 5 reviews were expensive running costs.
Easy enough to fix, get 2 or more printers since they come with full standard carts NOT starters (going by dell's site thats $250 worth of toner), then just sell or give the additional printers away.
Alternatively buy 3rd party toner carts like the amazon link above

Its also easily possible to make this printer wireless without paying the silly $100 dell cost for the official adapter thing, just buy a cheap wired to wireless adapter, or a access point, or even a full wireless router. I've seen them as low as $20 on newegg.

Drum (fuser?) is rated to last 24,000 pages. Thats 10 sets of high capacity toner carts, if you go through that many pages quickly, this might not be the printer for you Dell sells replacement fuser for $130, so might as well get another printer when you get that much printed.

A duplexer allows printing on both sides of a sheet of paper without human intervention.

Yeah if you buy this, you might want to think about getting a few. Getting replacement toner for all four colors will cost you almost three times the purchase price here.

I'd say get at least two. When one runs out, just use the toner from the second purchase. When they all run out, throw away both printers and look for a new deal.

YES YES I know this creates a lot of waste, but we're not the ones charging an arm and a leg for toner. For the consumer, it's all about the lowest price.

Don't buy toner from Dell. (Duh)

Yeah, replacement toner is expensive if you buy it from Dell. Instead look on Ebay; you can easily find a set of four high-yield cartridges for $76 delivered which is half the price of the printer.

it states, roughly about 2500 pages.
or you can buy from some popular online 3rd party site. they are around $30 each.
which comes out to $120 for the set. if they don't work right or lasts, you can get refund on it.

FYI, this printer comes with starter toner cartridges. These are not full sized toner cartridges.
