10.00 MIR Kelloggs Found on Kmart Flyer..

We received our free little advertisement papers yesterday.
On the back page of the Kmart flyer there is a 100.00 Prescription transfer form, and a 10.00 MIR for Kelloggs.
It says send in 10 Proofs of Purchase, and original receipt for any combination of these products.
Kelloggs cereal
keebler product
Sunshine product
Kelloggs multi grain cereal bar
special k cereal bar
pop tarts
rice krispie treats
fruit flavored snacks
100 calorie right bars.....

Must be postmarked by 9/30/09
received by 10/9/09

One request per name, family, address...

The form can not be duplicated, but KEEP an eye out for it!

What type of ad is this? The newspaper insert, or the one that's available in-store for deals not advertised in newspaper?

You can print this same form from the Kelloggs site. The page takes a long time to load so be patient. JUST A REMINDER: all Kelloggs items must be purchased in one transaction and listed on one receipt.

It is for upto 4 prescriptios 25.00 each, just the regular ad paper. It is even in the Sunday paper, back page of the kmart ad!

KELLOGGS REBATE-

my family did 12 altogether-1st three no problems

then after one was mailed 17 days ago, it comes back postage due-that seems a very long time-fortunately I still have time to get it there on time-I had nothing extra in the envelope... just crt,upcs and rebate form, it did not at all feel like it needed extra postage

did anyone else have this problem as I now think the problem is on the delivery end-

if I get one back that I can't get there in time-should I just call and say I mailed it and you never got it and can I fax or email the rebate???
