300 views, 2 thumbs up, and no responses? would appreciate feedback on either product. i have never used either and the reviews are all pretty mixed between awesome and terrible. i figure at $8 each, it's a worthy gamble.

I agree, ZIPZOOMFLY has bad customer service. Even if your package is on the road, no won't price adjust if the price went down. They don't backuyp your rebate unlike Newegg. OCZ rebates is SLOWWWWWWWWWW. Newegg is the best retailer. Newegg is like GOD in heaven compare to ZIPZOOMFLY!!!!!!

really? i recently purchased a 22" monitor from ZZF and noticed that the price went down $6 and they gave me a refund to match the price. and so far the few rebates that i have with them are received and in processing. one of them i think is already accepted and that was sent in about two weeks ago. the rebate for that zerotherm cpu cooler

well the rebates are a different story because they're separate from ZZF and are their own rebate center that processes rebates for multiple retailers. i wouldnt really say ZZF is all that bad. sometimes they do have competitive prices such as these make your own combo deals. their CS isn't going to compare to newegg's because newegg's is top notch, so it's going to be hard-pressed to compare any company to newegg. but one thing ZZF is notorious for doing is price inconsistency. they can mark a price down and then suddenly if it's selling like hot cakes, jack the price back up. that's my one gripe with them. otherwise they're not too bad. i mean hey, they even had 20% cashback during the 2x CB period, twice more than newegg.

how are you gaining money by purchasing from newegg? as a comparison, newegg has each of these products listed on their website for the same price but with no MIR. so how would it be better to go with newegg for this deal?

Newegg does have good cs but I am currently waiting 1 week+ for a reply from them regarding a paypal payment I still have not received on an item i purchased on 07/21/09

OCZ rebates always come on the last day possible --but they come and they will take care of it if it gets lost in the shuffle--keep copies

just for a reference, i mailed my rebate 23 days after i made my purchase. the rebate says you have to mail it in 21 days after invoice date so i was nervous. however in only one week i got the rebate received e-mail AND rebate approved email for both keyboard and mouse. so far i am VERY happy with ocz rebates. now as long as my card doesn't take three months to actually arrive...

You can have the option to have $2 deducted from the rebate if you want it to come very fast (i think within a week maybe 2)
