Is this for all PayPal accounts or only the account holders that receive the email offer?

I suspect is it only for those who receive the email offer.

Seems like one hard pull would be worth $100. From what I read, after signing up they only use soft pulls which don't affect your credit rating.

I thought so too, so I took up the AirTran deal, but alas they did a hard pull and sent my score down 10 points :-(

REPPED, i deleted it and now realized its pretty cool, now what to buy for a $100

one question though-if i pick pay later and pay like in 2 weeks before the $100 credit is applied, do i then get a $100 on my paypal account instead? i read the conditions, but am not sure
