You shouldn't, though I have heard of it happening. Usually a manager has to approve any Q over $10, but if the manager and cashier are both clueless, I suppose it's possible.

The Q will beep for price and the cashier is supposed to punch in $14.99, then it will ask for manager's approval (I think he needs to scan his/her card). So if the cashier punches in $30 and the manager approves that, you would get $15.01 in overage. Would never happen here.

Happened to me once.. I even told the cashier/manager that they had to adjust it down.. They wouldnt listen to me. Haha.
