Howz this store US-Appliance? Would they accept returns without return shipment and restocking charges if there is any problem with the TV? I saw they were talking about 15% restocking fee and ship on our own.

It appears on defective items the only way to get a no cost return would be to call them within 48 hours of receiving the shipment if theres a problem. Otherwise you may be subject to that restocking fee
