    i remember hypnotiq saying something like if you want to get a free item with a coupon, to wait til the 20-something when something comes out? haha i forgot what ^_^

    I like the moisturizing ones. They make my hair feel smooth and silky. The coconut lime verbena and mango mandarin scents are my favorite.

    It's funny, well not really, but I have actually gotten repeat identical emails from BBW in "response" to a question or an issue after I have attached all of the previous non-responses! And I point it out to them and ask that they actually read what I have written and respond to my specific situation. Then I get the exact email back! YIKES! I wish I had a job like that -- just hit "send" all day long -- the same canned, meaningless email to customers. Some quality CS, huh? Z

    They are times I don't think they read those emails.

    I have once had a $50 gift card (that I purchased and never gave it out) that I used online but the order didn't go thru...HOWEVER, it charged the gift card. I called CS right away and they saw the entire transaction and ASSURED me that the money was back in the card.

    A few weeks later, I went to a bbw physical store and was trying to make a purchase with the card to only find out that the entire $50 is NOT there. Not only was I embarassed, I was pissed about all else.

    I called CS right away, they looked at the history of the card and knew about the situation. They AGAIN reassured me that the money was back in the card (after re-reading the card number to them and back to me).

    On my next trip, before I even try to buy anything, I asked the SA to look at the card at the register. She told me that it was zero out and had no value.

    Not only did I loose $50, the CS was no help and said they would send me a $25 g/c as some type of compensation. yeah right...that never happened.

    I boycotted bbw for two years afterward (and used up all the stocked that I had). I have only gone back recently for the wedding we had.

    So yes, I agree...bbw CS can be wonderful WHEN they feel like it and give you false promises every time.

    So sorry to hear about that! If that had happened to me I would NEVER shop there again... Just like I will NEVER buy another Panasonic product (and was a loyal customer for over 30 years!) or another HP product (lemon computer and horrible CS)... I am happy when I hear that they treat our cyberfriends well, but BBW's policies should be CONSISTENT. It makes me feel that they make so much money, they don't care if they lose customers because so many will always come back... Not feeling too warm and fuzzy toward them. Only go there when there's a great coupon or deal that I can use the 10 off 30 on. Z

    I don't blame you Lizzy! You would think in this economy with retail sales down they would want to keep customers satisfied so they will return to the store! I had the same kind at experiance in August with Ny&Co. Sa was nasty to both me & my sister and it was not the first time with this sa. I called and they said the dm would look into her behavior and give her a coaching! Big deal! I haven't gone in there to shop since. I bought some things on line and went there to return them yesterday!
