I'm still ticked the Costa Mesa store stopped carrying the lingonberry juice at the fountain. That was more than half the reason to even consider eating there.

Anyone know if its still available at any of the other stores?
    Carson has it on tap

NOOOOOOoo excludes the one in Houston as well........
Yes, but remember you can take the survey on Houston Ikea's website and receive a coupon immediately for a free meatball dinner for two. It's the same meal being offered here but for two and for free, so that's even better!

$8 in gas? Maybe if Ikea was a 100 mile round trip for me
I was TRYING to be funny, didn't think people would take me so serious and actually try and calculate the mileage vs....hee hee. Thats maybe why I love SD so much.'
Do you drive a motor cycle? lol

Good luck spending $8 on gas driving to IKEA to stand in line waiting for your synthetic meat balls. SOrry to be a downer. Perhaps it would be better to support your local diner instead
/fail .. you wont go to buy something cheap becos many ppl will be there?? .. goodluck on black friday

Shipping [me to Dallas] kills it.
Plus I would probably be expected to visit family while I was there.

Synthetic? Where do you get that from? Or are you simply in a libelous mood?
    Just being libelous.

Where I come from, IKEA is considered crappy and cheap, so is Heineken, not some exotic premium brand. Their food is no better than any cafeteria food if you ask me. But I seem to be in the minority here, so I will let others enjoy their meatballs!

Heh! Thats exactly why I don't do Black friday. I do it either online or I don't. I don't deal well with huge crowds of people, thats why I moved to the US

But wouldn't you also have to use gas to get to your local diner?
I would, but I guess my point is I'd rather support a local business than some dumb furniture faux-upscale Wal-mart. (Tell me what you really think, JT).

    PS>(Or I could walk/cycle there. )

Ugh, most of my friends and I avoid our Ikea's meatballs like the plague! It has gotten everyone of us sick everytime we've eaten it. Beware! YMMV on yumminess
