If this is true, I could use the miles for domestic AA flights.

In the terms & conditions it says if you're not a BA Executive Club member, you will be enrolled automatically when you sign up for the credit card.

For a deal like this I would assume the worst: You'll get hit with the $75 right when you get the card, and then on every anniversary.

Looks like you can only fly on BA flights, not codeshare or alliance partners (like AA).

    From the BA website:
Vouchers may only be used for flights on British Airways mainline service, which have a BA prefixed flight number. Travel on franchise, codeshare or alliance airlines is not permitted. All travel must originate in and return to the US.

What in the world? Were the first two pages of this thread all wrong?

I thought the miles would transfer to AA for up to four round trips (I know 25,000 AA miles are good for a one-way continental US flight).

Now it looks like you can't switch carriers and that the deal might actually only be one round trip ticket (unless two people are flying).

Can someone help clarify all of this? Hopefully I didn't just jump on a BA Visa for one round trip (I'm constantly getting 30,000 free mile card offers from AA Visa).

If you spend the $30,000 on the card, you will get a voucher that enables you to take a person with you on rewards flights for no additional charge. You can't use that voucher on non-BA flights however, so you won't get 8 domestic AA round trips for your 100,000 miles. Nothing keeps you from using your 100,000 to get the "standard" 4 domestic AA round trips though. I guess there are not many who have an annual credit card bill of $30,000.
