Nevermind, found my answer by looking at the newest graphics card hierarchy [tomshardware.com]. With the HD 4670 a full 13 tiers above the GeForce 210, it is most definitely worth the extra $20.

Well, remember that only really matters for gaming. This card is pretty much targeted towards HTPC owners (space requirements and video processing offload to the GPU).

Green drives are much less pokey than you think. Unless you're going to be using it for your OS drive, you don't really need to spend the extra 25 dollars to get a WD Black or whatever else you might want.

Good deal on the hard drive and the E5200.
If that is a good deal on the E5200 then we must be living in 2008. I bought mine in February of this year for ~$50 shipped. If you need a 775 socket replacement cpu, the value no longer seems to be in the E5xxx series at current "deal" prices.

You have to be careful when upgrading the HP Slimlines. Their power supplies are not rated to handle any more than they come with stock, and to upgrade the power supply is a hassle because HP uses a proprietary mini-20 pin connector on the slimline motherboards. It can be done, but requires an ATX to micro ATX 20 pin adapter, and there is only one company who makes them in China, so they cost about $25 just for shipping.

Depending on what PSU your slimline has, it might handle it OK, but beware of cooling issues.
Thanks so much for this information, I plan on removing the TV Tuner card for more space for air flow. Appreciate the response.
