Yep..got a email a few hours ago

I ordered mine within minutes of the post,and only did 1 order wishful thinking! Wonder what all those people on ebay that sold the set as a "pre-order" are going to do now?

got a backorder notice this morning too. Just called and got a worthless rep.

she couldn't explain why my status was "items located, waiting for release date" and now backordered. Her final explanation "well, it's a popular item". Really?, I hadn't heard.

Have they filled any of these orders??? Mine is back ordered and sounds like most others are. Seems like Toys R Us was selling a toy that they did not have...

They must be Suffering from ENRON calculations

I was told by a Target Toys Employee that they will be getting them in daily!! (I think he was nuts)! I FOUND ONE ONE lonely ONE abandoned in the Toddler Section. Which ever the White One is. Bought cause I could guess my dd will get one for xmas after all even if she doesn't know what they are!!

I have recieved my 3 Chunks on Friday, 3 more squiggles are out for delivery today to my house. Got three 3-packs on the road will be here end of the week, and have three more 3-packs on back order. I can't wait to get them all and have them run all over me! hehehe They ars soooo cute. I been snuggling and cuddling with my three Chunkses all weekend long I can't wait for my 3 Squiggles to get there tonight! I am going to give them soooo many kisses.

Sooo confused how a person with Henry Winkler as their user name has managed to order so many toy hamsters and is cuddling and snuggling them and not given as gifts...

Nope, but my three pack's backordered, too. I think they're hoarding until BF and any stock they get in they're selling through FAO and Etoys at about 50% markup over retail. It should ease up in the next few days...I hope.

Yeah, the first 100 in line get a chance to buy 1 Zhu Zhu per household. Will just fuel the craze, IMHO, not meet demand.
