The Tallahassee area has 3 stores and 1 chair in stock. Turns out the one chair is gone (someone forgot to remove it from the system) but there's a better deal. I picked up the Mid-back version (Realspace Soho Talega Leather Chair, Black) for 25.53 including tax.

Item number is 280304 and is marked 27.94 in the system.

I got mine with the standard 15% discount because it's a floor model. Don't let them give you any sh*t because it's a floor model. The company policy is to sell any floor model if the product is 1) sold out in box and 2) discontinued.
