newegg removed the $15 rebate from their website right before 3am PST, also the link to their BF sale magically changed from FAR to $15 for this item.

The Antec EarthWatts 430W is better than this particular Enermax PSU in term of quality. In general, Enermax does make high quality PSUs; however, the Tomahawk is the only PSU which has Enermax's sticker on but it is not made by Enermax (ie. it is actually a re-branded CWT DSA), so you cannot expect this PSU to have the same qualify as the typical Enermax PSUs.

Besides quality difference, you can actually compare the specs for the two PSUs. The Antec is a 80plus PSU with PFC and the 12V rail is rated at 30A (360Wmax), while the Enermax is not a 80plus PSU with no PFC and the 12V is rated at 25A (300W max). So, the spec of the Antec is better also.

In term of price, the Antec is like $60 and the Enermax is like $15. Personally, I don't believe in sacrificing qualify for lower price, especially for PSU. However, I don't think $60 is a good price for a 430W PSU at the same time. So, for me, neither the Antec EW 430W nor the Enermax Tomahawk is a good choice.

For PSU rated at around 400W, my recommendation will actually go to the Corsair CMPSU-400CX. That PSU has a very solid build and you can find it for $30 AR very often.

I picked up the Antec some time ago, thinking I would put in my next new computer (which I never got around to getting). Got it for around $30 at an unadvertised price from Frys, it's probably been a year by now. Still sittin' in the closet.
