very slick deal 43 people already gave it the thumbs up

Because half the time these things turn out to be scams where they collect your private data, sell it to whomever, and never give you whatever it is they say they are offering.
For all we know, the OP could work for Palm Coast Data LLC and this is a hoax. I don't think he does, but who knows, maybe he got duped, too.
You are relatively new to SD so this is one of the things you learn - to always be wary about deals because about half the time there is some BS involved with them, ranging from "pricing errors" and "inventory errors" which lead to canceled orders (but they get your data nonetheless) to outright scams.
If 43 people got duped by this but gave it a thumbs up because they thought they were actually going to get something, does that mean it is a good deal? I don't know anyone who would give a thumbs down for something free.
I still have yet to receive a confirmation email. Maybe I will and it is all legit, but there were a couple of warning signs (a sign-up page that doesn't change when you hit "submit" but rather just refreshes to where it was before you hit "submit" and no confirmation email after several attempts, not to mention a link redirect to an unknown third-party "data" company) so I wanted to warn others. That's what a responsible SDer does.
Also, it's not really proper etiquette to tell others to "stfu," especially when they are trying to help (it wasn't a TC).
