Kohls Cash Question - does it work with Kohls Charge?

Hi

I have $50 in Kohls Cash. I also have 20% off due to new Kohl's card.

Is KCash applied before or after the 20%? So if I buy a 300 item, will it be:

300 - 50 KCash = 250 less 20% = 200

or

300 less 20% = 240 - 50 KCash = 190?
