I believe Capital One does not charge international transaction fees.
Watch out folks most banks & credit cards are now charging international transactions fees even if the transactions are in US $$$. Even the ones that were not doing this last year like BOA and chase are now doing it. Check with your bank and agreement book mailed after the new bill was passed by the House.
Checked with Chase. They will charge 3% fee if your charge from the site does not show in US Dollar. You can use the currency converter ONLY if you buy with Visa or M/C - NOT AMEX!
Band of Brothers & Planet Earth: Complete BBC Series are both region free which means they will work in the US .People have bought both and it's been confirmed it works here

I live by my 2 rules of SD
1) Don't call. Don't even think about calling !. Can you buy a Target clearance item on the phone? Put down the damn phone and go to the store ! 2) Buy first, return later. If you see a deal and leave it in your cart to go eat, whatever, don't be surprised to come back and find "item unavailable. item discontinued". Use the plastic, that's what it's for.
