They had some scattered rain showers which helped some farmers but not enough rain and not in the right areas to fill the reservoirs. He's in San Angelo. They might get 1/2 and inch tonight but that's not going to help much. The heavy rain is way south of there. They need heavy rains on already wet ground to the north north/west of San Angelo in order for it to get to the lakes.

Have you spent much time at the lakes or Barton Springs yet ML? That's the place to be when it's hot but not so much when it's raining.

neither, really. I don't know anybody who's into that stuff, really.

heck, I had never really gone west of Austin until this week, we drove FM 1431 from Cedar Park all the way to marble falls, that was a twisty road nod

Oh yeah - the only times I post here are when I'm at home, or when I'm at the office (rarely, like during a quick break). I have only posted from a mobile very few times.
