Call the phone number if you don't want to go thru a website... thats that I liked, the fact that someone could apply either way....

yeah - that # is no longer valid. It's for MLB - Extra bases!

What offer code or other info did you reference? All the CSR's I've talked to just say they don't know of any promotions.

strange.....I applied and was approved for this card back in July but never used it until October....I spent the $250 required and was hoping my points would show up by now but when they hadn't, I was figuring that maybe I didn't apply the charge against the card in time or something.......I noticed in attempting to pay this months bill that $25 had been deducted from my total under a heading of "promotion statement"....wondering where this "free" money had come from I called csr svce @ 1.800.732.9194 and he told me that it was to fulfill my promotion for the sign-up terms....I politely told him that my promotion was for 25,000 points, not $25 and he put me on hold for a few minutes and came back and explained that he did indeed see that my points were in the "bank" and would show up on next months statement, but that upon further review he could not understand where the $25 credit had come from after all, that it must be "an additional reward".............I thanked him & promptly paid my bill...I'm interested to see how next months statement will play out!....its been a long wait but thanks again o.p., this was a real Slick Deal!

I got my 25000 pts several months ago and since then I haven't used the card. However yesterday they sent me a statement with a $15 "promotional statement credit".

Anyone know why???

They sent me Platinum Plus MasterCard instead of University of Iowa WorldPoints® Platinum Plus® Mastercard® Credit Card. I still haven't received any points. I wouldn't have applied for it if they weren't going to give me points.

I got a letter confirming I would receive the points. The CSR seemed to know what I was talking about when I called to ask about it. And her immediate response was the points have not creditted, and I should wait 8-12 weeks.
