. Did either of you have to answer any "real" questions or just name,address, email address kinda stuff that's normal when requesting samples? It didn't seem like a "survey" to me

I received the same email from them and it only asked me for my name and address as well. Said I already had taken the survey

I filled in name & address info, hit done & got "web page cannot be displayed"?? Should I try again?

It asked that we not post the LINK. The email can be posted all day long...can't get anything from it.

People find problems with anything boy...

And I think they just wanted our information to send the gift... Nice!
