Comcast Internet for $19.99/month - pre-existing customers!

I was on the $19.99 promotion that ended like 1 week back. I called them back but was told I need to wait minimum 60 days to be eligible for something like this again!!

Did you call your local Comcast or the 1-800-COMCAST number?

Got shot down in IL. Was told the promo was only good for existing customers who didn't already have internet service with Comcast. Will try again later with a different CS flunkie.

I got the $19.99 offer a month ago and I'm in Chicago so just try a different CSR.

Yes, but on the flip side, TW is the best as far as broadband ISPs are concerned. I was always happy with them, even more so when I moved up north and got stuck on DSL.

I believe we're being charged $24.95 for 6 months, plus modem rental fees. I'm gonna call in a few months to see if there are deals on the triple play.

I have been on this plan for over a yr 1/2. All you have to do is keep calling and tell them that you want a cheaper plan or you may have to jump over to verizon dsl.

Call 1800comcast
Go through the prompts as if you were going to cancel
When you talk to the CSR, ask if there are any promotions for current customers

So far, this has always worked best for me. The retentions people are used to people complaining all day, so far they've all liked the break from people complaining
