I got a MacBook for $675 with the cash back deal.

When it came back I got a Wacom Intuos tablet for $150 versus $230 normally. I'm really excited to use it. Unfortunately it's a Christmas present

How much is the original price for the Macbook? Which version is it?

I'm coming up soon. My guess is that they use Mass pay (no fees to you) and it comes in a week or 2 after you request it.

those of you who buy and resell pretty much the same thing over and over again, do you plan to include your earnings when you file tax? I was just thinking, with 15.3% self-business tax + 10% (lowest bracket) income tax, that will wipe out 25% that you get from cashback already, no?

I'm not threadcrapping by anyway, just curios and careful before I follow your path to making easy money

I just did a few cashback transactions and I did go through the whole thing, clicking and logging in to my live cashback account.

    unfortunately those transactions were refunded.

Does the system automatically recognizes the refunds? Say if I used all 6 transactions, 2 got refunded, can I immediately use the 2 again?

Is there any message if I have reached the maximum 6 transactions limit?

    Thanks

AH but there is the cost of the product, so really your only claiming the 25% profit. So you would loose 25% of your 25% profit.

If I'm not mistaken, unless you have a company, sole proprietorship tax is calculated on gross income, at least that's what happened to me last year with 1099

Back to topic, I need something else to buy for $800. Any suggestions?

    Nooo

I'm still broke from my last set of purchases. What really sux is that to "optimize" the savings, you have to buy large items (which I can't afford).. Thanks a lot slickdeals (and ebay / microsoft).

    Anyone get their payout yet?

    Refunds

What is the general experience with refunds on this promo? I bought a $300 item on July 29 with Live cashback, tacked on my 10% off coupon, and racked up eBay bucks. The brilliant seller issued a refund on a technicality and of course I lost the bucks and Payal coupon and was expecting to lose the live.com cashback, but it still shows as pending 2 weeks later.

Is this the same for anyone else? I'm wondering if I'll lose the cashback and/or a use of the live.com cashback. Or, even better..if my live.com credit will somehow remain for the refunded purchase, as I've already purchased a replacement with cashback.

Tax on GROSS income? Sounds like you overpaid to me.

Discount is currently only 15% though. Hope it goes back up.
