My 9/23 estimated ship date just changed to 10/21.

For what it's worth, I ordered black on 8/19 at 11am.

I just checked with Lenovo Customer support. For my red ideaPad, the updated order date is now 10/20. It's not like Lenovo has ever been consistent with their answers to questions, but it appears that it is a lucky day for those who ordered white, and those of us that ordered black or red are stuck waiting for another month.

If anyone with a color other than white has shipped, I'd be very interested to hear.

i just got this message from lenovo. my shipping date was today 9/24/08.
i think this means they shipped out the Lenovo s10.... ....not sure if they really did or not... I'll wait and see if i get it or not......i hate lenovo..- - ;;;;

Awesome, good to hear....the Black is also marked as "available in December", so that gives me a bit of hope that the 10/20 ship date that I got for my red one was a bit conservative. I did order on 8/19, so I wonder how they're choosing which items in the order queue to ship out (first-in, last-in, completely random...)
