I posted this earlier ... talk to your manager and ASK them to order more of the paper towels for next weeks sale .. I spoke to the manager at my store today and they are putting an extra order in for both paper towel, progresso, etc. based on the "chatter" on this thread (and other threads) ..

The 2 Managers I spoke to were VERY appreciative for the information ..

Please don't clear the shelves at our little store! I need to do one run on Friday morn, then I'm gone for the rest of the week. I only planned on buying 11 Scott and 2 Viva.

I can't speak for everyone...but I have 3 kids and we had 3 spills before 10am today, one being my coffee! We go through paper towels pretty quickly around here, and I also send them to school for my daughter's class. Plus as someone mentioned earlier...they don't go bad and they make cool forts!

ETA: We used a bunch to make "ghosts" for Halloween. Just crumple one to fill for the head, wrap another around it, tie a ribbon around it to divide head from body and make a smiley face. Voila...kids love it!

The spend $30 get $15 GM deal definitely DOUBLES

Threw together a quick scenario to roll the $30 cats I had left expiring on Thursday:
    10 Skippy naturals @ $2.59 = $25.90 sale 2/$4 = $20 - 5 $1/2's = $15
    13 Progresso broth @ $2.69 = $34.97 sale 2/$4 = $26 - 13 $1/1's = $13
    PSP $60.87 AC+S $28
    Got 3 $10 cats (and 5 $1 skippy natural)
    Sweet!

I placed my order with the closing manager too, cheerios, skippy regular, scott, and progresso broth. With the quantities I am going to be wanting during the week, I was not about to chance it, or clear shelves, she was more than happy to do it for me. I agree with mentioning to the grocery manager to order more, but if you personally want to go in and purchase say 25 rolls of paper towels, I always suggest doing a personal order... sometimes even if they double their order, it can only help out a few more people...

Uh oh. Firesetting behavior and animal cruelty together! If you wet the bed persistently past the age of five you have what is called the "triad of sociopathy"!

    Firesetting/Animal Cruelty/Bedwetting = Serial Killer! lol

i only go through a/b a roll/month...but the viva are great for making your own baby wipes or your own clorox type household cleaning wipes (with gentler ingredients)- they are so durable and soft!

    Yep, 3 $10 cats.
They have some wordage on them, excludes the usual stuff, gift cards, stamps, lottery, tobacco, alcohol, etc. Says "this offer can be combined with other promotional offers". Nothing about one per pruchase

I have before, but they need the UPC to place the order. I ordered ALL the last time, and the grocery manager actually ordered the wrong one, because I did not have the UPC yet and the one he ordered was not part of the deal (all was fixed when I called ahead of time to double check, SM reordered the right stuff for me) So, it may be easier to pop in and order it. But then again, those two items are very easy, only 3 of the broth (hard to mess up) and a few (one at my stores) of the scott, so go for it!

But then again, those two items are very easy, only 3 of the broth (hard to mess up) and a few (one at my stores) of the scott, so go for it!
thank you MM, I will call the store tomorrow
