Slickdeals Application for Facebook

Slickdeals is about finding the best deals and making it accessible to you and your friends. As such, we made a Facebook application for Slickdeals members to easily share deals and keep tabs on the deals so you & your friends won't miss them.

You can checkout our application at http://apps.new.facebook.com/slickdeals_net. Be sure to bookmark us through your browser, since Facebook has not fix the bookmarking bug.



The Facebook App has most of the functionality of Slickdeals. Here are some of the features:

Frontpage Deals

The same cherry picked deals that we all come to love. The front page has taken a slight design change from our current site, but should still be familiar for our users.

Coupons

The coupons interface is virtually similar to the main site. You have all the same coupons at your disposal. We will revamp the coupons section in the near future.

Deal Alerts

The same Deal Alerts interface you've been using is accessible through Facebook. You can add, edit and delete your deal alerts within Facebook.

Deal Alerts History

You have access to all the recent Deal Alerts that were sent out to you.

Profile Box

Proud of your 4 digit rep points? Show off to your friends by displaying your Slickdeals profile in Facebook.

Connecting Your Facebook and Slickdeals Account

The Facebook App allows you to quickly tie your Slickdeals and Facebook Account together using your Slickdeals login.

Settings

You decide how much about your Slickdeals account you want to share with Facebook Users.

Invite

You can tell all your friends about our Facebook application. Blur not in actual product.

um..not okay....ugh..I think it's time for me to start moving on soon..too much publicity..no point anymore...after blackfriday of course first though..but really..SD has already been on TV and linked to Engadget, Consumerist and is the first top 5 results on google for 90% of what you want to buy when you search..do we really need to add facebook to the picture too? UGH.

It's getting hard enough to get in on the good deals, and adding this to Facebook means more smash-and-grabbers. *sigh* Oh well.... I was spending too much money anyway.

Are you logged into Facebook? Also try refreshing because its usually Facebook's server that craps out on us.
