How do you get Dell to email you coupons?

You usually get signed up for the coupons email after you make an initial purchase from the outlet. That's how it was for me anyway.

Man, tough decisions... found a 10v 6-cell 1024x600 previously ordered new for $289 and a cert refurbished for $269.

I've gotten some "certified refurbished" laptops from Dell before and some looked new, others had some signs of use. Has anyone who ordered a certified refurbished 10v (or other mini) from the outlet had a good experience in getting one that looked new?

I ordered a refurb 10v, and the only thing I saw was some screen smudges from cleaning (or lack thereof). No problems.

Mine just arrived. Included in the email were codes for the following:

15% off all desktops and laptops
20" HD Monitor (S2009W), refurb'd, $99

All codes appear to be one-time use. My wife and I both got the email and all of our codes are different/unique.

I got a certified refurb 10v a few weeks ago. I would defy anyone to tell it apart from a new one in the box. It was absolutely perfect. YMMV.

Sorry, I just deleted my code. I'm assuming the i7 for $577 doesn't include shipping or tax. Still a lot of system for the price. Nice video card.

Weird. For some reason a brand new Dell S2009W goes for $119 after $30 instant savings... But a refurb'd one is going for $129. Minus 15% that's $109.65. So you're saving maybe $10. Not a bad deal for an extra flat panel...

The 10V starting configs has been raised, the last outlet it was 229 now it has been up to 249...

And can you guys beg in the proper section? Or this thread will be filled with nothing but request. You can also get one on ebay "dell outlet 15..." coupon will be cheaper in a few days, just be patience.
