    Any successful attempts to remove data plan. Please don't post replays on why we shouldn't get the phone if data plan is not gonna be used.

    1) I change my phone to a Samsung flip phone.
    2) Called them to remove, rejected. They said that its a required feature.

    ETF is $200. any confirmation if actual cost of phone ($550) will be added on top of ETF? I posted an answer to your question.

    Sure looks like T-Mobile is trying to get rid of inventory.
    It's mighty tempting but after trying Android I find it hard to go back to Windows Mobile.

    If you was pointing at the unintuitive Windows Mobile design, the Touch Pro 2 has it own interface. Even though its use Windows Mobile 6.1, it hasTouchFLO 3D, which is a completely different GUI built by HTC.
    I still agree that Windows Mobile is buggy thou. I hope I have a chance to try Android.

    in case you didn't notice..the phone is a touch diamond 2 (which means that rom with the same interface can also be install on touch pro 2)

    Sprint needs to Step Up and get with the program. I know alot of People would leave Sprint for this deal! Especially since they want $449 up front for the same phone before the $100 rebate. There are alot of good things about Sprint but their CSR's suck, This could be a Smart move on T-Mobiles part to make their stock drop even more right before they buy them. I think I will give Sprint one more chance at price matching this deal and I am sure if enough of Sprint Customers let them know how they feel about getting raped on this phone they will drop the price for everyone, not just the business customers. Thanks OP! Repped!

    They will let you get away without a data plan if you opted for the unlimited texting.

    I'm with AT&T and they still want $350 for the HTC Fuze/Touch Pro (1), and that with a 2 year activation with a $50 rebate! I've been waiting for a price drop on this thing for over 2 years, and now T-Mobile is giving away it's successor for free. ><
