very happy with the quality the last time I bought from them. Blue cases, MOST had the inserts (I bought previewed), disc were excellent quality.

Does anyone know what kind of condition are we talking about for "used" ? I have a list of 9 movies for under $90 but I don't want to get them if they are without case and or books.

Unless the Blu-ray has been run over, it's literally impossible to damage a Blu-Ray to the point of it not being able to work.
