T.G.I Fridays - $20 Dinner for 2, App or Dessert + 2 Entrees

I think TGIF and Applebee's will have to really make theirs competitive to the offer by Chilis.

This is good... not quite good.

Not as good as it can appear. Very limited meal selection within pretty cheap entrees. It might worth it only if you like the stuff coupon offers, and you order it anyway. In this case you'll probably save yourself 10-20%.

BTW, TGI Fridays are running giftcard promotions every now and then. Just buy their gift card once upon entering (usually you do it at the bar), and they will give you an additional giftcard for 10-20% (don't remember exact number) of the amount purchased, I believe it was $50 + $10 for $50 paid the last time. Works for me every time.

Well, yeah...they're not going to give you a 12 oz steak and shrimp for nothing. It's still the equivalent of a free appetizer and/or dessert, depending on what you order.

just did the chilis one this weekend, was a good deal...and very filling even though i only had the half rack of ribs, but coupled w/ appetizer and desert, i was full

I agree with "thefacta"....Chilis is great and the molten cake dessert is worth it all....bottomless chips and salsa and the entrees are all great....I don't think this deal would do for me or many as I can see

Are you sure you don't have that reversed? chilli's food is always much better then applebees in my opinion... they do have a decent happy hour tho

I would try this at TGIF but none really close to me... and Chilli's 2 for 20 is better with app and dessert not app OR dessert...

ever since the 2/$20 deal, chili's has been worse and worse.. both in quality and in service. hope it doesnt happen to Friday's too!
