LG W2486L 24" HDMI LED Backlight LCD Monitor DOES NOT require coupon anymore. it's already at $299 instead of $310 after coupon.
    MSI N210-MD512H GeForce 210 512MB Video Card is $20AR w/ code, not $25

Tech Intel E5200 CPU Retail Box 61.99 ; WD 1TB green internal $74.99; MSI N210-MD512H GeForce 210 $24.99 all AC and all FS -- more deals

I stumbled on this page at Newegg this morning. These deals are for 24 hours only. All of them require codes which are on the page in the link below; some have rebates too. All of them ship for free. I assume that there is tax for some, but not for me.

Intel E5200 CPU for $61.99 (I'm picking this up for an HTPC)
    WD 1TB green internal $74.99
MSI N210-MD512H GeForce 210 Video Card for $24.99 AR
Kodak EasyShare C180 10.2 MP Digital Camera for $74.99

There are other 6 other items on the page, but they didn't seem like deals to me. They include an external drive, a pressure cooker, polk speakers and an antec PS.

Green drives are much less pokey than you think. Unless you're going to be using it for your OS drive, you don't really need to spend the extra 25 dollars to get a WD Black or whatever else you might want.

Good deal on the hard drive and the E5200.

This is a solid drive for storage. It draws very little power and is quiet.

At $0.075 per GB this is a solid deal. I've been waiting for this price but I got a WD Green 640gb for a little bit less last week.

In for one and repped. (I've been bidding on eBay for a couple weeks now, and this NewEgg deal beats everything there.)

Nice! I had the 1TB green drive in my shopping cart and was ready to check out. Lucky I checked here first, saved $10. I have a 640gb green drive and love it. You can't hear it at all, and stays very cool. Perfect drive for mass storage.

Update: Bing Cashback appeared in my account too for this order. Another $1.70 off. I didn't think it would work since I used the coupon code. Nice little bonus.

Will the Video Card work in my HP s3220n (slimline PC) i really want to upgrade my monitor but the only input my pc has is VGA so upgrading a monitor that has DVI/HDMI seems useless with only a VGA graphics card

    /agree 120%!

My personal take... the WD greens are:

    - Lower power
    - Less heat
    - Quiet

Take 5 of those suckers and a port-multiplier 5 bay case (like the Venus T5) and slap RAID5 on em and you've got yourself one heck of a nice compact 4ish TB multimedia tank for your whole-house audio/video needs with a 'somewhat reasonable' level of security. Oh and I gotta give a word of praise for the Venus T5 [newegg.com] -- It's a really nice (and reasonably quiet) port multiplying case tho some say the 'crappy-but-free' raid card it comes with needs to be replaced with something a bit more mature (expensive) but once thats done accessing the raid is quite zippy.

And when I say 'somewhat reasonable' I mean 1 drive can fail and you'd still be able to recover the entire raid once you replaced the bad drive - so to play it extra safe you might want to have a replacement drive on hand (or snap one up on the next major price dip).

BTW this is what I'm in the process of doing right now... I still need 2 more 1TB drives and while I was hoping to pay less than 70 per drive I might just jump on this and be done with it and then snap up my spare 1TB on BF or the following Monday. While it might be sacrilege to utter these words aloud ... "hey its only 5 bucks more each"...

    Dave

The sticker on the pressure cooker states that it is constructed of light weight aluminum.
