Speed CLASS 4 does not mean it is capped at 4MB/seconds,
which is the minimum guaranteed write speed.
I have done a test recently of three SDHC cards. Here are the results:
Kingston 8gb SDHC Class 6 = write speed 6.5~7MB/sec in Vista
Transcend 4gb SDHC Class 6 = write speed 6.5~7MB/sec in Vista
PNY 4gb SDHC Class 4 = write speed 7.5~8MB/sec in Vista

You can still check out via amazon.. just that you don't get 5% Bing CB.

This is FP material, IMHO. Truly a nice find. If I could rep OP twice, I would!

I usually use a normal SD card for my Canon SD1000. Would this SDHC still be compatible with it?

Class 4 so its a bit on the slow side. I'd rather pay a $10 more for a calss 6. Excellent price per Gb though.

Is this Class 4 ok for the new Cannon Rebel XSi I just purchased from Amazon?
I'm also looking to buy a Cannon HD camcorder that takes SDHC. Not sure if this
class 4 will suffice. Any thoughts before I bite? Thanks.
