All-you-can-eat sushi is not a buffet; instead, diners can indulge in made-to-order selections such as spicy tuna temaki rolls, smoked-eel unagi, and red-tuna sashimi. Diners may also order unlimited servings of steak teriyaki and udon-noodle soup. For this option, everyone in the party must partake in all-you-can-eat sushi. Guests going for hibachi cuisine can peruse menu items such as filet mignon and teriyaki scallops ($28), salmon ($22), and the Kami Fantasy sampler, which includes lobster, filet mignon, shrimp, and teriyaki chicken ($38).
