Choose Between Two Options

During each 60-minute session, students line up along the ballet barre and work through a series of calf, thigh, and glute exercises. In addition to performing barre work, students exercise with free weights and lie down on mats to perform deep, isometric stretches. Students can choose from regular or heated classes.
