Check out THE PIT Fitness Boot Camp at Academy of Self Defense to get yourself into fighting shape without dealing with the bumps and bruises of fighter training. Sessions range from 25-35 minutes and will incorporate functional fitness training along with MMA drills that do not involve contact or sparring. Men and women of all fitness and experience levels will see great results from this program. This is not your typical 60 minute gym class. THE PIT Fitness Boot Camp incorporates mixed martial arts drills used by some of the top MMA and UFC fighters in the world along with functional strength training. Stop spending hours at the gym and get your cardio and strength training in one dynamic session! Sessions are tough yet fun and upbeat. You will also be given THE PIT Diet to get you on the road to improving performance, losing fat, and increasing lean muscle for that toned, athletic look!
These are not punch cards of 30 days. This program is a set eight (8) week program from the time of initial visit to our classes/programs. Offer is limited to new customers who have not previously attended the Academy of Self Defense. THE PIT Fitness classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 9:00 a.m. and Monday through Friday at 1:00 p.m.
PIT Fitness Bootcamp classes are Mon - Fri from 1pm to 1:30pm. These classes are intense and designed to get you in shape quickly.
