I know that the manufacturers fund, at least in part if not fully, ECB, so is there a chance that is also true for RR? If they do then I doubt they are going to pay another retailer as well.

Well the only way i can think that u could do that is to find a coupon that is coded exactly the same. So say there were a deal at wags that was also at publix and they had the same code on the cat....

From what I read on AFC, it looks like Military exchanges(AAFES) will accept Walgreens RR and Target catalinas as well as IP's(they never accepted IP's before)
