Good to know Discover dropped the conversion charge- I pre-ordered Harry Potter years 1-8 from Amazon UK, and they don't do the free currency conversion on Pre-orders.

come to washington dc/surrounding area. go to some of the non chain stores, a lot of them do not accept discover card. foreigners who own stores hate them and thats a fact. hell the east potomac...

In Asian countries, it is best to use cash. The employees at the credit card processing centers look for non-Asian names and steal those numbers. It happened to me twice for both times I used my card...
