You will need at least a 450w PSU for the GTX 460, thats what the specs ask for. You got scamed it seems bummer.

I have the same problem!! I ran the window index and 5.1 on the graphics.. I checked the card and it was Radeon 6450 not GTX 460 How disappointing... I definitely would not have purchased this...

I also received the wrong video card. On top of that, they included a pathetic 300W power supply that would not support the GTX 460 if it had been included. I was offered a full refund, but...

Who cares about support if you are able to build a computer yourself. All you "build it" people are the same, that may have worked years ago but computers from big companies are usually cheaper now....
